Nintendo declared the launching of a successor to its popular gaming console the "Nintendo Wii".The company released on 25th April a three paragraph pdf confirming its intent of launching a successor to the console.
The Japan based company has confirmed that it will display the successor at the E3 Expo in June this year.The E3 Expo is to be held in Los Angeles between June 7 and 9.
The new console is expected to be out on sale sometime in the second half of the year 2012.

The new console is being expected to be more powerful than its competition(PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360),also the console is expected to run games in high definition.Apart from this it is expected to have a tablet shaped controller.
Its been 5 years since the launch of Wii, which was launched on November 19, 2006.The console has gone on to become one of the most successful console ever.It has sold 86.01 million units.
